Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all Flo & Frankie tags still attached.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address, then select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the provided shipping label to drop your package off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit.
